PPBI-102:
Command Post Operations
The PPBI Command Post Operations Course will explore all aspects of managing an effective Corporate Emergency Operations Center. Ten modules will be presented including the use of the Incident Command System and how the corporate EOC can interface with appropriate public sector agencies, information flow techniques, Command Post design and layout, documentation and accountability, communications, and mental health issues. Designing drills and exercises for a Command Post will be one of the practice sessions included. All ten modules will be supported by an instructional staff with experience in the field. This course is pre-approved for DRII certification credit.
